Great with smoke damage.. They came in and cleaned everything from top to bottom! NOTHING was missed. When they were finally done, there was no clue at all that there had been such extensive smoke damage done. The carpets smelled as fresh as the day they were installed. I would definitely recommend Blackmon Mooring for anyone who's had smoke damage in their home!
Not up to what they advertise! I worked with this company on a house that had smoke damage from a small kitchen fire. It took forever to get anyone out there to get an estimate. When we finally did get one the guy we were working with left and has not been seen since. The company wasn't aware of this till I called to find out what the problem was. It took almost a month for everything to get done. When we first started they said it would be only a week to ten days.
