Bad place to work. Really bad management. 70 to 90 percent of people that work there are on their cell phones all day long. People that say they like to work there are probably lazy and on their cell all day. Or either on break all day and talking to supervisors all day without working. There's a few supervisors here and human resources that should not have the positio. They have. They are bad management and leaders. They are useless. Place is not safe to work. I liked working there. 26 years. Miss it actually.
Wanted help finding a product in their catalog. They asked for all my contact information and then told me to find a distributor. Did not recommend a distributor(s) close to me since they had all my info...but only gave me a link to their distributor locator. Waste of my time and I would not have given my phone and email out to someone that was not willing to assist me.
Good product, terrible support. After two days of calling, can't reach a human. Voicemail after voicemail and one guy barely spoke English. Useless.
