Went there for a washer for a GROHE shower head. Was told they weren’t going to have it. “Call GROHE “ . Guess they don’t support the products they sell.
Worst customer service ever!!!! They have some young punk behind the counter who is totally useless and lazy.I went there for a simple plumbing adapter and he just said no we dont have that, without even bothering to look.Dont go there if you want any kind of customer service.
