I needed a 4 blade heat pump Exhaust Motor Fan with center bearing and adapter. Called 1st said bring old fan and come on down. In a matter of 10min. after arriving they had me a brand new Identical fan, out the door and on my way back home to install it. All 3 guys at the counter we nice and helpful and was 15min. to closing on a saturday afternoon and were not pushy at all, took the time and care to help me, thanks Guys!!

So yesterday my fiance and I went to this Ferguson store in Mankato, MN. We had heard it was a good place to go for HVAC supplies. A bit limited in selection but a good place to go. So we went in because he need some supplies for work. My fiance walked up to an associate at the store and asked him if he had what my fiance needed for work. Went to pick up a part for my business and the idiot behind the counter was busy having a chat with someone about a woman that doesn't speak English and they were having a hoot of a time. the other person behind the counter was on a computer. the place was empty. I was completely ignored. if I didn't need the part I would have left. their help is terrible.Will not go back there. Don't know how they stay in business. Sam Hoffman would turn in his grave if he saw this.
Excellent staff with excellent knowledge of numerous products. Lorna took the time to review pros & cons of all dish washers and listened to our questions and concerns. Followed up to ensure complete satisfaction and expedited free delivery of special order Kohler sinks and custom faucets. Highly recommend.
