Jason Howard did my shoulder tattoo last Tuesday. It was a LOT of intricate work but he did an artist job, paid attention to detail, and has a gentle touch. Great job, Jason! I'm so glad to display your work. ��

Says he'll do touch ups for life. Not true!!!!!! Does great work but needed touch up work and he wouldn't do the work.

Touch up policy, tattoos had to be done at Blackline Tattooing, must be touched up by the tattoo artist who did tattoo, no appointments for Tattoo touchups, hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Walkins only for touch ups.
