Great experience! I had the best experience with Blackland Home Inspections. We found out our offer was accepted late Sunday evening and had a 7-day option period. I knew I had to get an inspection ASAP, so my realtor sent me the contact info for this company. I called Sunday night and spoke with Julia who was so helpful and nice! The inspection happened Monday morning at 8 am by Britney who was also super nice. Thank you all for everything!

Home Inspector If you need a home inspection for a new or old house he does a good inspection. He gives you pictures and a report on the spot. The report is in a 3 ring binder and takes about 4-5 hours. It is well worth the money for the piece of mind he gives you.
