I DON'T LIKE when a company uses a shady method to get an extra buck out of their customers. Not only are we paying 12$ more for the same order we've had for years, but now I find out that you're charging a "delivery fee" that your drivers don't even get! Of all the low down dirty ways to pad the bill, this is the worse. You are screwing over your customers and your drivers. Shameful. We are not ordering Blackjack again until this changes. We've been customers for 20 years.
We ordered a pizza lastnite and they said it would be 45 minutes to a hour and it was much longer then we got are order and it was not correct so we called back to the store in Thornton Colorado and spoke to Megan the manager and she said if we wanted it the stuff they forgot it would be another 45 minutes to a hour and I said it wasn't are fault and she did not care so I asked for the owners name which was Brent, so Brent if you are reading this or even better if corporate is reading this I believe your manager Megan needs ... read more
