I had a pile of scrap lumber that I needed to be removed. I contacted Chad at Blackiston Property Services to have them remove it. Chad was great. He contacted me back immediately and showed up on time to remove the lumber. Very quick. I highly recommend their service.

Pressure washing and rust removal services. Our well water had so much iron that it turned our concrete a rich vibrant color of orange. We called 3 pressure washer companies. Two pressure washers gave us an estimate over the phone. Chad of Blackiston was the only person who wanted to see the property before giving us an estimate. RecommendedWe used the power washing and rust removal services. Chad did an excellent job in power washing the concrete driveway, sidewalks, front facing fence and house. It was a 2-day process. We have an unusual amount of iron in our well water and the orange was a vibrantly rich orange. First day was the power washing, the next was the rust removal. Initially, I used Yelp to obtain quotes for hauling companies. I had some old fencing that needed to be removed. Chad was most responsive. He provided great service and offered the best value!
Great service & had very helpful tips on other projects I had around the house. And affordable!!! Will definitely use this company again!
Our backyard was extremely overgrown with weeds, vines and unwanted bushes. Chad and Gene came out and did a fabulous job of giving us our backyard back. They finished the job quickly and offered suggestions and advice on to keep the weeds out! On top of it all, Chad and Gene were just great guys to work with and treated us like we were family. We plan on hiring them in the future!
