I called because my air conditioning went out and it was 86 degrees in my house. I was supposed to leave the next day on vacation. A service man came out that afternoon and checked everything. He showed me the problem and explained everything to me. Also it was a Saturday. He offered to do a quote or I could wait until till the office called on Monday. Always good service with Blackie’s! A few years ago they helped to keep me from being scammed by another provider. And yesterday they replaced a broken motor quickly and professionally. I trust Blackie’s, and will call them when it’s time to replace the unit.
