Blackhurst was great to deal with at first. They worked with our contractor. Had us come look at flooring checked to make sure the stuff we had ordered was in stock then on delivery day they called they don’t have the stock and we had to come pick out more or delay our flooring by weeks. Now it’s been 4yrs and the carpet is lifting from all places. The tape they used is not holding. It’s not a high traffic area one little old lady lives there. And their follow up Customer Service when we had a small problem was dealt with with fantastic follow up and professionalism. In business, it’s not if something will go wrong it’s when. But, most importantly is how it’s dealt with and these guys are wonderful to work with!
