The concrete looks great. Much better than the dirt patch we moved into. The owner was super knowledgeable and helped us with more than just the concrete. Once scheduled the job was done promptly. Little bit of mess around the edges I wish I didn't have to pick up and they concreted my septic pump out shut. Which prevented the 5 stars. Overall happy with the work and would call again for the next project
TLDR: Unprofessional and disrespectful from start to finish. The crew used my private property without permission, refused a polite request to remove their equipment, and the supervisor stood by without addressing the issue. Later, a worker mocked me while I documented the incident with photos. To make matters worse, the crew wasn't even clearly identified as Blackhorn Concrete and instead wearing a different companies clothing, making it difficult to know who was responsible and hold them accountable. We have used this company for several projects for a few years, and their team has consistently been punctual, easy to work with and the materials of the best quality. They are good at what they do. We highly recommend them.
The team at Black Horn were great to work with. They were all very knowledgeable and super friendly. They poured my front driveway and rear patio with their fancy truck that mixes concrete right at the work site, so I only paid for what I needed. I could tell right away these guys knew exactly what they were doing and it was obviously they enjoyed their work. I would definitely use them again.
