So very disappointed with their service -- we sold our house and needed to pump our septic tank. My husband spent 45 minutes trying to find the second lid but was unsuccessful. Blackhills dug next to where my husband had dug and 5 minutes later uncovered it. BUT they charged us their MINIMUM charge of $150 - so whether they spend an hour or a minute, they charge the $150. Such a rip off.
