When our vehicle broke down, we patiently waited the 2 hours the automotive department told us it would take to get a tow truck out to us. After 2 ½ hours we called to see what had happened with the supposed tow truck and when would it arrive. By now, It was getting late into the evening, and we were still stranded. I think it took me almost as long to request the roadside assistance (first trying my auto insurance online and then on the phone, then the car rental company) as it did for Brian to come out. In other words, he came out very quickly - far faster than the initial estimate from the rental company. Communication was great. Getting my vehicle unstuck was quick. I was dismayed on Sunday when I discovered a flat tire. How was I going to get kids to school and me to work the next day? Black Hills Towing came out on a Sunday to put on my spare so everyone could get where they were going. Brian,the tech was efficient, friendly and helpful! So grateful for their service!
I nroke down off roading north of Cottonwood and called Blackhills Towing to tow my F250 Ford truck from Cottonwood, Az back to Phoenix, Az. I spoke with Brian Lower and he was able to set me up with a tow at a very reasonable rate. Brian also turned out to be my driver and he arrived within the hour, on a Sunday morning, and proceeded to load my truck. Very professional, friendly and helpful. We made the trip safely and without incident. I would definitely recommend their services!
When our rental car broke down, the company called Black Hills Towing. Brian not only came to pick us up, but he took us to the car rental agency to pick up a new vehicle. Brian was speedy, courteous, and frankly really great company for the ride. If I was ever in a jam, this is exactly who I’d want on my side.
