Did substandard repairs to our HWS and Copper piping. Told us we needed completely new copper piping then installed non-regulated-pipes not to Australian Plumbing Standards or Codes. Bashed in parts which were inappropriate and not up to Australian Standards or Codes (see pics). When we messaged him about serious leaks from the HWS he wrote back a curt text back saying that he was no longer in business and had no email address where we could send him photos of the leaks to?
