We recently visited Blackhawk Medical Group Urgent Care after my 10-year-old son had an allergic reaction, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dan and the entire team. Dr. Dan was incredibly caring, attentive, and compassionate throughout the visit. Would not recommend going here. I went in with a simple request of just asking for a strep throat test. I just wanted to know if I was contagious because i was going to be around a lot of family members, and I was pregnant which put me at an increased risk of complications. Dr. Reginato was extremely rude and balked at how long I had been experiencing symptoms. He saw me for just a few moments and then charged me for a very complex office visit. They are great-the staff, medical assistants and providers!!
Bad service weird policies. Go elsewhere for better service
They never pick up their phones and if they do, we are put on hold until the line cuts off. Never returns messages. Keeps sending invoices that have been paid for. The entire Customer Service management team needs to be replaced.
