We made an appointment to look at two vehicles they had in inventory. Since we live 3 hours away, we wanted to ensure we could test-drive both vehicles. When we got there, the office was locked, and we had to call to get someone to show up for our scheduled appointment. We were able to test drive one of the cars; however, when we got back to test drive the other car, one of their employees had taken the key with them on a work break.
