They deserve the high star rating. You ever go to a tobacco shop where the employees are obviously on drugs and don't know anything about their product? Well blackhat is the answer to that. I live at the beach so I go to the beaches store. The guy's there are friendly and Knowledgeable. Me and my Fiance were treated like old friends . The juices are second to none. We will definitely be doing all our business there.
