not recommended for online purchases. maybe they have their act together in person but ordering online is hell with zero customer service, no response to emails, employees too busy to check the status of your order to only find out 5 days later they dont have what theyre selling. you are going to have to do their jobs for them. if youre trying to quit smoking, try somewhere else. waiting on these guys you will relapse for sure
I've been going to Black Hat since they opened. I went their the day I stopped smoking. They ran me through the process and told me according to what I smoked matched the strength. The prices are unreal. no business come close to the best pricing. I've gone to others the price is toooo high. When you walk in the people that are employed their makes you feel at home. highly recommen this Shop really bad with names but the lady who works here went out of her way to go to the other shop because she knew that Duchess was my favorite pick up three bottles up and brought them over to the shop just for me this is now my go to shop for all of my vape need thanks for going the extra mile to take care of one of your customers.

If you're looks for anything vape related, this is the spot. The staff is friendly and attentive and the juice is always A1. I rarely shop anywhere else. By rarely I mean if I'm stranded somewhere notnin Jax and have NOTHING.
