they are rude they dont understand anything, i had a family death, surgery amd ,y dad lost everything in the fires. asked for extensions no empathy at all and dont take checking acct what kind co is it and to top it all off the dealer that i bought car is out of business and sold me a lemon i am paying for a car that i cant drive all BS!!!!!!!
Your customer service people are rude and out of line. Harrassing my phone for someone you are looking for and leaving threatening messages is not professional. Perhaps Johnny Vong should hire competent people to work for his organization.
