If I could give it negative stars I would this so called bank is not even registered with the better buisness bureau. They rob you so horribly wrong do not trust them do not do buisness with them.
I may be 2 weeks past due on my payment but to push my whole account to collections and it’s not even been a month is insane all to screw with my credit. You don’t mess with someone credit like that. I’m a finance you have typically 120 days till the account goes to collections and they pushed mine after 19 days. (I’m trying to trade in to get away from these folks and look they making it harder on me) someone help me is this not illegal?

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This company is the absolute worst! Rude, unprofessional, and super sloppy. When time comes for a payment they are quick to harass and collect their money but when you have any account inquiries they go ghost! The worst company of all time I definitely do not recommend
Thanks, Black Fish Capital, for being understanding about my late payment. I really appreciate your patience during this time. I read the bad reviews saying they harass you and call your friends and family I didn’t experience this at all. I was called twice to ask about my situation. You guys must be really behind if they calling people you know.
