I just wanted to take a moment and memorialize the experience I had with Elaine and Ernie at the Denver location on Mississippi Avenue. I spoke with Elaine late Thursday afternoon to explain my chainsaw issue and she told me that they opened at 9a on Friday and that I should come by. She asked my name so that she would remember me when I came in. Already, I was impressed. Who does that??
