John and Tammy make a wonderful team. Professional, friendly, and courteous. I have many spinal issues. John has helped me immensely.
Jon was no nonsense and got straight into adjusting my back and hips. 30 minutes later I felt much better and a day later everything had settled back into the right places and I feel 100%. The adjustments were not painful, but they can be a bit uncomfortable at the time as you crack back into alignment. But it only lasts a few seconds. I highly recommend Jon. Also if your Dr refers you, apparently you can get up to 5 free visits.
