Chef Bill Blackburn catered a private event for us at our home in San Clemente. We hosted 20 people and after interviewing several chefs, Chef Bill was our clear choice. We communicated initially by phone but then met with him personally at our home to review details before the event. We have had Bill Blackburn cater our summer party the last 2 years and a dinner party prior to those. Each time Bill has been easy to work with and we have valued his menu input.
