Awful experience, I was told by the service manager when I explained my car not holding a charge that diagnostics were required and asked to sign a document stating a SET number of hours minimum whether it took that long or not. Later I was told that parts were being bought from Auto zone due to high costs of original parts being shipped in from overseas. This should have been stated up front. Wonderful place purchase you vehicle from and very reliable service department.
Friendly staff, decent prices. Unfortunately, they are short, and nothing is quick except pickup and drop-off.
