Watch out with this company! It is not local, they outsource technicians and if the job is not completed correctly, Blackburn is not responsible for assuring a proper installation. Very unprofessional interaction with operator.
Locksmith stated he could not give a quote for unlocking a home door over the phone. When Omar arrived and assessed the door he quoted $325 to unlock the door. After unlocking it the total increased to $405. He stated this was due to the “service charge and credit card fee”. Which was not mentioned to us prior. He claimed he did inform us of the service charge but “forgot to tell the price”. We paid him but I would be very cautious with this company and get a written quote before doing any business with them.
Jordan was friendly and kind. He called me back quickly to schedule coming out to my residence to help. Upon waiting, I was able to unlock the door and didn’t need his service. He understood and was happy to help in the future if needed.
