Called for emergency services. Dispatcher let us know someone would call. The tech called us and stated he was 10 min away. But he never showed up. Never called back. Never answered his texts or messages. So I called the company back. They assured the same thing. But never a call back. Don't use them if you have an emergency situation. This would have been a lucrative job also. Commercial building. Potential for full lock changes. But not even a follow up response.

Got the job done but grossly overpriced.
I had to wait far too long for someone to show up, and when the locksmith finally came, he didn’t even have the right parts in his van. He had to leave again to get them, wasting more time.
