Carson Jones is honest, caring and professional. He keeps his word and bends over backwards for others- I've seen it time and time again.
Carson Jones is the developer of our subdivision. He is the most dishonest person I have met! We moved in our house in October of 2019 we still dont have mailboxes and the whole subdivision just received lean papers on our property because Carson can't pay his bills, I'm sure it won't be the last one either! He can't seem to complete anything and if you can get him to answer he tells you it will be done in a few weeks. Well the months are flying by and still nothing!!
We purchased a lot in a beautiful new neighborhood being developed by Blackburn Jones. The lot disclosure said all of the utilities were stubbed to the lot line, but this turned out to be false. We had everything except for natural gas. We tried calling and emailing Carson Jones to fix this issue, and he was very unresponsive. Our builder also reached out numerous times to no avail. We still have no gas line, and as the weather cools down, this will slow the progress of our build. I don’t recommend this dishonest company.
