Renters at 381 Blue Oasis Lane have SIX cars. I own and have zero guest parking now. This community parking sucks now.
Great location short drive to HEB Plus and Leander train station. This gated community has lots of good floor plan options, and you will enjoy it here if you don't care for a large yard and the related maintenance. The sales team is good and they were quite responsive to questions and gave good guidance. The community appears empty due to the housing slowdown, but once it fills up it should get more lively.
