This was my first visit to this dental clinic. I arrived at 9:06 AM for my 9:15 AM appointment, so I was not late at all. However, I was not seen until 10:15 AM. I understand that delays can happen with previous patients, and I can accept that. What truly disappointed me was the lack of communication. Because I waited for almost an hour without any update or reminder, I overstayed my parking time and received a $102 fine. Dr Alvin at Blackburn Family Dental is THE BEST! So gentle, even when I had a tooth extraction - I didn't feel a thing! His skills are top-notch! My little one is usually terrified of dentists, but Dr Alvin's patience and kindness have made them look forward to check-ups! They've had cleanings, sealants, and more, and they're always happy to go back! Highly recommend Dr Alvin and Blackburn Family Dental! You won't be disappointed.
