Excellent! I needed to find a dentist close to home in a hurry. I found Blackburn Family Dental Care and have just had my first appointment. I was very impressed with the booking process, the advice given and the appointment itself. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend checking them out. Easy to find with plenty of parking!
I took my children to see dentist Coco Teng for their regular check-ups. I chose her because her profile on the clinic website described her as being good with children. However, our experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the appointments, I did not find her warm, engaging, or child-friendly. As usual, every visit with Dr Alvin is a positive experience. He is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about his patients. I had such a great experience at Blackburn Family Dental Care. I was really stressed trying to organise a root canal before my overseas trip, but Shubi on reception was so incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating throughout the whole process. She managed to squeeze me in last minute and was genuinely so sweet and reassuring on the phone when I was stressed, which I really appreciated.
