They do such a great job. Everyone is so helpful & sweet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
To say this place is outstanding doesnt even close to sum it up. Everybody is so nice here, from the secretary to the lady that orders glasses, billing, the guy that fixes glasses to the optometrist Dr. Blackburn himself. 1st of all, do you know how hard it is to find a place that takes Nebraska medicaid?!? Like IMPOSSIBLE! These guys take it! Called this place yesterday and was like talking to a wooden post. They said they would call me back, nothing. Drove there today and went in. A woman asked me if I needed help and I told her yes looking to get my prescription filled with new lens. She looked at me with a blank look on her face then I added that my insurance would cover up too $300. Again she looked at me blank for a few seconds and said okay.
