The staff is amazing! They helped calm my daughters nerves her first visit and even called after hours to check in on her.
Took my daughter in for her check up today for a new wire and got to change her bracket colors, the appointment was super quick and staff is always amazing as always!! Highly recommended for any orthodontist needs ��
Dr.Blackburn sees both of my kids and I couldn't say enough positive things about him... he has a very good bedside manner talking to my kids about their concerns and fears but also talking with me about mine. The office staff is AMAZING and totally on it.
So far I like them alot. Will be updating as i go. But as far as the staff goes they are extremely nice, helpful and very thorough.
So glad we chose to get braces with Blackburn and Elrod Orthodontics. The atmosphere is fun and light-hearted. The staff is brutally friendly and the doctors always have something positive to say which makes me feel good.
The staff is supper nice and kind to the patients.
Would highly recommend. The staff is great! Always very friendly when I go in for my appointments. Love that I receive text and email updates.
