Robbie Hancock was my tech today. The B&D tech is a professional in every way. B&D sent him out within the first couple working hours of the week. He diagnosed the AC problem within minutes (capacitor), explained what went wrong and how. Explained what to do to prevent future issues. I had sewage backing up into my basement and ended up needing to replace the sewer line, as well as needing to add a sump pump and sewage ejector in my basement. I took my time to vet multiple local companies, collect estimates, and then worked to bring MSD to the table as well. Called my landlord as the water heater went out at my rental unit, within an hour of the first call Justin showed up and diagnosed the issue and had it resolved with the installation of a new water heater within a couple hours. Both Justin and Daryl were very courteous and professional.
