These guys are wonderful! I have Dodge Challenger! Even though I didn't purchase her from them , they are gonna help me maintain and keep her for a long time. They are professional and an overall great atmosphere to be around.
Service department is crap. Showed up with a 2 week old Jeep Grand Cherokee purchased at a different dealer they said they don’t service vehicles bought at other dealerships. When a Chevy was in front of us for service. They didn’t even put it on a rack to inspect my wife’s concern. This was not the first time with them but will be the last. Please don’t even bother replying with the canned comments I see in the other posts. Jeb the service department needs overhaul cause they lazy.
We were traveling and towing a camper when the truck started acting up. We brought to Blackburn and they had it diagnosed very quickly. The repair was done and the truck ready to be picked up in 24 hours. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.
