The experience with dealerships can be inconsistent. While some locals have shared positive experiences, my personal encounters with every dealership in Vicksburg have been highly unsatisfactory. I have consistently encountered unscrupulous sales representatives who prioritize their commissions over the customer’s best interests. It was great, very good sales person, Kahlan couldn't have been more helpful. If we need another vehicle in the future, Blackburn and Kahlan will be our choice.
If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. I bought a truck from here that was clearly internally damaged, Ball extended warranty and within two months had $5000 in repairs. Reached out to the dealership and they told me I was on my own. Do not buy from these people!
