Very helpful and accepting to me, even when I was long term houseless, dealing with many health problems, mental health problems, and lifestyle issues. Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs
I’ve been going here since 2020, and it has bombed in quality of services. It’s impossible to get anyone in the phone. Getting urgent care is absurd as it’s a walk-in clinic so an established client like myself is competing to see my doctor with anyone off the street when the doors open. Having urgent care be a free for all walk in clearly doesn’t really work because every time I HAVE to go to the walk-in the doctor is rushed, all the nurses, reception- rushed. I just recently switched my primary care clinic from Old Town Clinic to The Blackburn, and I'm very happy with the choice. The nurses are all so wonderful and seriously care about their patients. My doctor is very thorough and has a very warm bedside manner. She was very easy to talk to, and she didn't judge me or treat me any differently like other doctors I've gone to in the past. It is also kept very clean like a clinic should be. It has such a warm and positive atmosphere for a clinic.
