Called explaining the situation. Bruce started doing some simple but free diagnosing over the phone. That impressed me. Then he sent out a tech. The tech did some further diagnosing and replaced my pressure switch. Tech had brought all the spare parts including a well pump. Less than 3 hours after the call, problem solved. Very happy. Thank you.

Had a problem at my cottage with water backing up into the lower level shower when in use. We left on the September long weekend as we couldn't use the system. Called and discussed with Scott, and they were very responsive and got back to me and went on site and stated it was the pump in the holding tank that needed replacing. The pump did need replacement in the near term (i knew that from our septic inspection early that year). They ordered on a verbal confirmation and completed the work once pump was in.
