This company is a slumlord straight up. Do not rent from them unless it’s your last option. They have mold that has cause my daughter to constantly be sneezing and coughing Everytime the ac or heat is on, they have mice and bugs issues (this is my second unit from them and it’s the same thing) the units are old and they don’t upkeep them but will charge you for everything and more including basic parking spots outside the house. Horrible management. No communication at all. They did not fix my flood in the bathroom about 6 months ago which left me with mold and constantly being sick. Now I have been out of heat for 5 days and still no response from them. I called the emergency line and still nothing.
