NOTICE MOST POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MULTIPLE YEARS OLD!!! If you want you and your tenants to feel like pulling their hair out, choose this company. When it was 40 degrees in my apartment (an emergency situation), they made me wait multiple days for maintenance; their maintenance people couldn't even fix a light correctly when my living room fixture was broken once and I am anxious to know how much they charged my landlord for that.
