Do not rent from this company. They will be very helpful to get you on but once you’re in, that’s it. You’re on your own. Maintenance requests can go on for days without respond. At moving out, they are utterly uncooperative. Immediately cut your online account and any way of communicating with them. They will not answer your calls or emails unless they’re implicated by laws. They will not process or refund your direct deposit. They WILL NOT refund your direct deposit.
Do NOT rent at any properties from them! They do not take care of or clean their buildings. They take WEEKS to respond to maintenance requests. Took more than a month for them to schedule a tech to come look at me heat being out in the middle of winter, which is considered an emergency issue. Very difficult to get ahold of them to talk. My apartment building has only gone downhill since they took over.
I won't recommend renting an apartment run by Blackridge management. A 5-minute repair took them 19 days to come and fix it. After five maintenance requests, and dozens of emails sent to " Director of Operation " Jill Schrupp and the maintenance coordinator, in which she only replied once and ignoring to address the issue at all.
Have had an extremely smooth and quick process signing a new lease with this company while out of state. Carly B was professional and responded to all my emails during business hours within less than 2 hours. Happy with what I'm getting for the price. Will come back to update review if things change, but hoping they don't. Only four stars since we're just starting the process, but if things keep the way they've been going will probably change to 5
