This company is a slumlord straight up. Do not rent from them unless it’s your last option. They have mold that has cause my daughter to constantly be sneezing and coughing Everytime the ac or heat is on, they have mice and bugs issues (this is my second unit from them and it’s the same thing) the units are old and they don’t upkeep them but will charge you for everything and more including basic parking spots outside the house. I haven’t interacted with these guys in 3 years but I literally made another account in order to get a fresh 1-star review up for these guys. I have in the ensuing 3 years not encountered anything as bad in the rental world as these people. Also if they tell you that you need to clean the carpet professionally yourself and present a receipt tell them to pound sand.
Do not rent from this company. They will be very helpful to get you on but once you’re in, that’s it. You’re on your own. Maintenance requests can go on for days without respond. At moving out, they are utterly uncooperative. Immediately cut your online account and any way of communicating with them. They will not answer your calls or emails unless they’re implicated by laws. They will not process or refund your direct deposit. They WILL NOT refund your direct deposit.
