Came here over Mother’s Day weekend excited to shop! Let after my mother and I were not greeted at all. It felt disrespectful and we left and went to other shops on the same street and spent some good money. We even bought a painting from across the street from them. I bought a $144 Panisa Chess set as a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. When he opened it on Christmas morning for our first game, the black ruck was missing. I contacted the store by phone to alert them of the problem, a man said they’d get on it right away. It’s been 3 months and still nothing. They don’t even answer the phone. Everytime I see that beautiful but incomplete set I am reminded of this terrible customer experience. I would recommend NEVER buying online from Blackbird.
Every time I'm in Calistoga we head to this store. The store has unique and beautiful things for yourself or for gifts. The jewelery is really pretty and unusual. Great art work and home goods. The owner is also very sweet. Check it out!
