We love our healthcare providers here. However, staffing and administration? They make it impossible to just be comfortable with the practice. 1. The portal is unwieldily as some other reviews have stated; 2. If you use the portal for messages they are not reviewed by the provider directly… a “staff member” reads them and determines if they are worth sharing.
