Nicole is a phenomenal provider! I received care from her for both PCOS and fertility, and her expertise, compassion, and personalized approach made a tremendous difference. I'm so grateful to have Blackbird in Boone! My dentist recommended I get tox for my bruxism, which I had done previously but not for a while, and she said I needed it in my temporalis muscle, which I had never done. No fear! Leslie knew exactly what to do! I'm only about a week out and already feeling better. I will keep coming back for all of my tox needs!
