No action being taken on thefts happening in building. Feels unsecured even with heightened security. Updated review :- after changes in leasing office and with Alex being there things got better. Still after she left the apartment has charged heftily for move out. Please read through the move out reviews as they charge a lot for all the items including cleaning fees. I personally felt entire move out process fees are unfair!
Blackbird Apartments have truly set a high standard for quality living and comfort. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind—Mary, Moises, and Ciara went above and beyond to make the entire application and moving process seamless.
