Lived here for a little less than 2 years. Management and maintenance are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Property is simple but well kept. I definitely enjoyed living here and hope my next experience renting will be as good as this one was.

Living at Blackberry Mountain apartments was one of the best experiences from my time spent in Toccoa! The management staff are involved and present in the day-to-day operations of the complex; they are always working to improve and renovate the apartments and the surrounding area. The apartments are not far from town, and they are in a tucked-away quiet area.
