Tried to book event— was selecting room and entering information and then kicked out of their site only to not be let back in. Called and was told they would book me at adjacent property and transferred me. Phone rang and rang. Was then hung up on. Called back and transferred again. Had to leave a message. Was called later and told I was out of luck and best they could do was a wait list. Absolutely terrible experience.
