The property is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. The food is good but I thought it would be better. The reason for my 3 stars is that they are very disorganized...simply unacceptable for a property that charges as much as it does...try 23k for 3 nights for our stay. Examples...concierge doesn't return calls to us for 2 hours then when I call back they tell me that they are just busy. Another example...they get us a babysitter for the evening. We get home and the babysitter cannot reach the front desk for transportat... read more
