This is without question the most beautiful and peaceful place on earth. I love the ocean and love the soul recharging tranquility you feel sitting by the water. But this-- is a different level of tranquility. The staff are the best. Sincerely helpful and respectful. What a joy to deal with such positive young people. Definitely Tennessee's best kept secret!!! ❤️❤️❤️
This is the most incredible place I've ever been to. The food is out of this world. The staff is absolutely the best and most caring group of people. Blackberry is a hidden gem. We will be back frequently.
Incredible. The staff, the food, the grounds, there's really nothing like it.
Very magical place with excellent food and a beautiful setting; however, there were so many new staff that they weren't trained to provide the 5 star experience that the price dictates. Although almost everyone we encountered were on staff two or fewer months, it seemed odd that a manager or supervisor wasn't on hand to coach their interactions with guests. The Spa staff really lacked welcoming hospitality. Having said all that, Andy, Alex, and Courtney were all amazing!
We spent four days at the Carter House, a private residence, at Blackberry Farm. From the time we arrived until the day we left the staff provided us personal service and attention to all of our needs. The grounds and surrounding trails are very well maintained.
