One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). Get here early. We arrived about 6:00pm on a Saturday night and waited about 20 minutes for a table. The restaurant is very large, holds a lot of people. The wait was over 45 minutes long when we left. I had steak and shrimp. Steak was slightly overcooked, shrimp were small (5 shrimp), flavor for both was bland. Best part was the large, homemade onion ring. Service was lackluster. Probably won't return.
Everything was perfect! Loved it!
