Very good service and kind staff. Food is and always awesome. I had several questions about the shirts and our server quickly got an answer for us and made us feel wanted there. We've never had a bad experience there and if we ever do it will not stop us from going back. People are not perfect and things happen. Thank you for great food and my wife loves the shrimp questions. It's awesome.

Our server was awesome! (SPC in the US Army Reserves) The food was delicious, and the touristy merchandise was killer. 100% from a table of out of towner Army folks!
My family and I visited yesterday and loved every minute!!! Great food. Best service we have ever had! Don't remember our servers name, but he had a Batman belt buckle. Lol!

Blackbeard's had slow inattentive service today even though they weren't busy. My son's birthday meal came to the table incorrect, all 4 people in our party waited 10 minutes for refills, and overall, it was just a very different (disappointing) experience from the many times I visited while growing up. Our waiter was pretty nice, but MIA. The food was pretty good. Unfortunately, good food doesn't make up for poor service.
