Tech was great!! Called ahead. Told us what he was going to do then showed us what he was doing. Then show us all he had accomplished. KT Irrigation did a fantastic job.
Lived in one of their apartment rentals for a year. Stu was always very communicative and easy to contact. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly.

We are not used to having a company as a landlord. In our early days at this address '21, '22, we had some unhappy experiences with maintaining over a dishwasher. All has not been a happy outcome, but THIS incident Stuart outdid our expectations. Thank you, Stuart!!
