We were having a terrible time get reconnected to our home wifi and dropped into Blackapple for some help or a fix! The young man serving us was amazingly patient, so knowledgeable, and so nice in showing us how to navigate our cell phone system. I would highly recommend this business! And then he wouldn’t accept any payment for his time…..so unusual in this me,me,me society!
overpriced for the quality of the parts used. for an iphone 14 pro i paid 336 dollars to have my screen replaced and the battery drains way faster than before, when making phone calls most of the time the screen will become unresponsive when i go to hang up so i have to double tap the power button to end the call and when im in a dark room sometimes my screen will randomly go dark for no reason
Had my screen replaced with a ‘genuine Apple screen’ and had issues ever since. They said they guaranteed the screen, any issues they would replace it. After going back 3 times they finally replaced it, but with another crappy screen that had the same issues. For $285 I would go to an authorized dealer that’s legit.
Very disappointed with my experience. They clearly told me they were installing an original screen on my phone. However, after facing issues, I went to the Apple Store to get it checked, and they confirmed that the screen installed is not original. Not only that, but they also told me the phone appears to have been damaged during the screen replacement process. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
