Had some ongoing phone issues and had to return three separate occasions. In the end the phone could not be repaired for no fault of theirs. I was refunded despite significant labour invested. Very honest and helpful, would recommend!
Great service
I came to this store to change the battery. Not only did they fail to replace the battery for me properly, but they also broke my phone. Now it's unusable. They didn't even admit that they were responsible for it and didn't offer me any compensation. I won't come to this store again in the future. I will also tell my friends not to come here either.
I went in to get price for what I thought was a cracked phone screen. Imagine my delight when the young man explained, it was the screen protector that was cracked not the screen lol. He was quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.
