I just went in to see what was wrong with my macbook and Sharad fixed it right away. He is a genius. I've always had good fast support at Blackapple. More people need to know that they can service macbooks and apple products because they are much better, more honest and more affordable than the competition.
Brilliant service. Went in with a iPhone with muffled speaker; cleaned and back out five minutes later.
Horrid experience. Very rude owner at black cellular golf stream. Owner talks bad about his own customers. Says how he likes overcharging them for phones with very little battery left. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from that one!!
