WARNING !!! They asked for my passcode just for a screen replace! Do not go here. Do not give them your passcode. There is no reason for them to have your passcode other than to access all your information and photos, youre notes etc.
The person at the counter was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. It’s not a high gloss place instead the person there is helpful and personable.
I just went in to see what was wrong with my macbook and Sharad fixed it right away. He is a genius. I've always had good fast support at Blackapple. More people need to know that they can service macbooks and apple products because they are much better, more honest and more affordable than the competition.
