Be careful if you are to buy a phone at this store. Make sure you check for cheaper alternatives at best buy, walmart, etc. They overcharge for their refurbished phones and then refuse to match the cheaper price on the market. They also refused to refund the phone litteraly a minute after making the purchase, the phone hadn't even left the store counter. They then proceeded to tell us that "we should have done our homework first before buying the phone". Very rude and dishonest attitude.
Disappointed in the Lack of Integrity. *Adding review 2 with an additional photo. The green line just started showing up this week. If they didn't warranty the first issue I'm certain they won't warranty this. I'll never use them again. I had my phone screen replaced by this company for over $500. While I did notice a defect immediately after the repair, I incorrectly assumed it wouldn't annoy me as much as it has. Amazing honest reasonable price fixed my dropped I phone as good as new the phone wouldn’t work at all as it was hanging apart 200$ they put a new screen cover on for free highly recommended from a novice consumer
