had to take my phone like 3 times, first time a cheap piece was put on, the second time another piece was put on and when i got it back my phone was completely crashed, saying that the temperature was too hot but it wasn’t, third time i took it in the piece worked okay but now my microphone is shit and so is my sound, which it already was kinda bad but its way worse now, i give the place 2 stars because of the whole microphone issue, if it weren’t for that and having to go 3 times it’s not too bad, it is a expensive place th... read more

Stopped by Black Apple Cellular in Langford today, and I honestly had a great experience. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me, but he was fantastic. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping instead of just making a sale. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it really made a difference. You guys seriously need air conditioning in this place. The staff and customers are roasting in here like Christmas turkeys by lunchtime. That said — the service is fantastic, the staff are great, and everyone somehow stays friendly despite slowly turning into rotisserie chickens. 10/10 people, but Mother Nature is currently winning the battle indoors
