Absolutely horrible experience at this store. Called ahead for a simple screen replacement. Fully functional but cracked glass. I was told that the part was in stock and I could grab it again the next day. The price was outrageous, but I was willing to pay to have the screen replaced by professionals in a fast manner. I dropped off my device and was told they would reach out the next day. 3 days later I checked in to hear that they needed to order replacement parts, because the stock was broken. Sharad got a replacement screen ordered for my s24 ultra and I had it back after 3 days. $728 later and I'm happy with the result!
Total waste of my time and money Paid 150$ to have the screen replaced on my iPhone 11. It’s always glitching at best, or freezing up, crappy response to touch if any. Never got my receipt emailed as promised. I spent a total of $200. Including screen protector and taxes
Brought my phone here to get it fixed. Screen wasnt working at all so was hoping they could fix it. Waited 2 weeks for it and when we finally went back today I got my phone and the screen was shattered. Not to mention that they charged us $60 for the service. Very terrible place to get your phone fixed. Called the store after and was sweared at by the employee over the phone.
