Two days right before Christmas I had to buy a new battery for my jeep. But told by Advance Auto that my jeep would have to be reprogrammed after changing out my battery. So I took my Jeep in to Blacks Tire on Market St. to get my battery looked at and change out for a new one. But after they put the new one in they said that they reprogrammed it. Never again went in to get four new tires the back two were not that bad so I told the rep before he even touched the car I wanted to keep my back two after he told me know problem they would put them on the back of my truck when I picked up they were not on the truck so I ask about them they said no problem they had them in the back then it went to during clean up some one took them out side they would get them then after I stood for 20 minutes one rep takes me to another and says let him look at the tire ... read more
HORRIBLE - not rotating tires when they say they do On January 9th my husband had a oil change at Blacks on Palmetto Street in Florence. He had asked for a tire rotation and it showed on his itemized receipt that the tires were rotated. However, he ahs one tire that is newer and noticed after leaving that the tires were in fact NOT rotated.
