Bit disappointed after my visit yesterday, Budgeted for $210 for my clean and check up like last time 6 Months ago but was Absolutely Shocked that this time was $250:00, not informed of the $40:00 increase from my last visit….. I Questioned the increase to be told you paid $250:00 last time which I responded saying Absolutely Not, I said I can show my Bank Statement where I paid $210;00, Joe then had a look at my file and Surprise Surprise it was $210:00, I said I know exactly what I paid, oh well let’s chat to Dentist abo... read more
Such a great experience! Joe is a thorough, gentle, professional and nonjudgmental dentist. He explained the treatment options and took time to answer any questions. During treatment he explained what was happening and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. All of the staff are warm and caring, and even the reception area is calm and inviting and doesn’t feel like a typical dentist’s reception - which I didn’t even realise mattered to me until I was there!
