Great CrossFit gym!! Dropped in for a class during a short trip. Super clean surfaces and equipment so I felt very comfortable during my visit. Such a welcoming environment and knowledgeable coaches. Tyler led the WOD and he was awesome. Recommend stopping by this gym if you're like me and you also need to scale down because they provide many options. You'll feel the burn!!
Top notch facility, with top notch coaching.
I was in town visiting family this past weekend, and I dropped in for a Saturday WOD. Can't say enough good things about my experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Liz, one of the owners, who was working out with the class that day and Mary, our coach, was FABULOUS - super attentive, knowledgeable, funny and personable. The members are incredibly welcoming, the facility is beautiful (well equipped, very clean, bonus points for the hilarious holiday decor) and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Great workouts that challenge me. The coaches are knowledgeable and correct movements to prevent injuries which I appreciate. Friendly and comfortable environment and clean!
Very friendly and supportive. My only wish is to offer more classes during the day.
